• Hourly Retainers: Pre-paid retainer packages are refundable for the balance of unused hours. Unused hours will be calculated at the standard hourly rate minus any applied discounts.

• Project-Based Work: Once a project milestone is completed and accepted, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client will be billed for hours worked, and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded.

• Non-Refundable Items: Software licenses, third-party fees, and expedited service fees are non-refundable.
